Irish Whiskey
When John Jameson founded his distillery in 1780 he perfected the special craft of producing Irish Whiskey. The secret of his sucess was the combination of purest Irish Spring water as well as the finest unmalted and malted barley. To this day the Malted barley is dryed in a closed oven, that the process is not hindered by smoke. Irish whiskey is the only Whiskey to be burned three times! To achieve the highest possibility of smoothness every drop of Irish Whiskey is put into the traditional Copper Pot to be distilled.

Subsequently the whiskey is left for the long slow process of maturation in Oak barrels. Today Jameson is the most popular of Irish Whiskeys, a favourite in 75 lands around the world. In the tradition of this unique Irish Whiskey, Jameson has won the hearts of all those who prefer a pure and distinguished whiskey.
